Shipping

Delivery Information

All orders are processed within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days during our busy sales periods eg Christmas time. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian public holidays.

A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Australian orders are shipped by either Australia Post, Toll Ipec, Fastway, TNT, or Tasfreight depending on which option is best for you. When choosing Australia Post standard delivery service, your order will be shipped to your local delivery point and notification will be sent by email when your package is ready to be collected.

Freight Damage

You have a 48-hour window after delivery to notify us of damaged goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any claims relating to deliveries that have exceeded more than 48 hours since receipt. Please advise us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.

We will repair or replace any item (including non-returnable items that are delivered to you in a damaged condition) providing you report this within 48 hours of receiving delivery of your order.

Shipping Errors

If AKS Fitness Equipment has made a mistake with your order, we will pay for the correct item to be re-dispatched.

Freight Charges

With the exception of shipping errors, AKS Fitness Equipment does not issue refunds or credits for return shipping charges until the product has been returned and assessed. However, any reasonable costs (deemed to be Australia Post Base Parcel rate plus Registered Post Cost) incurred to return items to us for assessment will be refunded to you should the goods be found to be faulty.

Should you wish to return a product with no fault, the product is returned to AKS Fitness Equipment at your expense, and COD is not accepted.

Please note we use Toll Ipec Australia Post, Express Post couriers for most of our orders. If you are located in a country or regional area where Fastway couriers does not go we will have to use Australia Post which will incur an additional fee of $5-$10 depending on what Australia post charges us to send your item to you. This fee will need to be paid before the item is sent out. Once you purchased this item you have agreed to these terms.

Courier will leave a calling card if you are not home and then you will need to call and arrange to collect at a local pick up point.

Also if you haven’t received your item within 7 business days please contact us to find out where the item is located and if we can track it down.

Please note some items can take up to 7-10 business day if you are located in Western Australia, the Northern Territory or remote country areas

 

Important Information

All orders require a signature upon delivery unless specified.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or stock issues.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
