The patented ribbed design of the Thera-Roll is a potent variation on the traditional Physio Roller. Offering increased penetration of the soft tissue and increased traction allowing the fascia to slide over the adjacent tissue. This encourage tissue rehydration by opening interstitial spaces

The Thera-Roll penetrates and releases tense fascia and muscle fibers to decrease pain and stiffness. It mobilises your soft tissue to enable deeper access to muscles, targeting those sore and knotted areas in a more precise way.
