We've put together Product Guidelines for easy equipment maintenance to ensure you know how to best look after your gear. Failure to properly take care of your equipment as outlined may result in a voided warranty.
As a part of our commitment to customer service, our Warranty Team is here to assist you with any troublesome equipment you may have purchased from us. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you retain your invoice for proof of purchase. We may also request that you return a part to the warehouse as proof of the issue; however, clear photographs of the damaged part will suffice in most cases.
* Freight Damage Claims. Please make sure you are within the 48 hours of receipt of delivery before filling in this form. We will not accept any claims after the 48 hour window has passed.
