A multi use tool is a Professional High Quality NBR Foam Beam for all therapists and trainers, or just relax a sore and tired back. The Trapezoid profile allows you to use both sides – to challenge your core stabilizers, improve proprioception, learn balance and improve movement skill.
The Spine Align Beam provides a comfortable base that shapes to your spine (more comfortable than a foam roller) and allows you to perform exercises aimed at sling activation of the core muscles while maintain control of axial rotation of the spine. It’s the perfect alternative to replace your mat and take your Pilates to a new level!
The Trapezoid design NBR foam roller allows beginners to use the wide side and advanced users to use the narrow side. It can also be used for a range of standing and kneeling exercises – providing cushioning for feet, ankles, knees, hips and back during exercise. Lightweight, weighing less than 1kg.
