Swimstrength supplements water-based training by introducing a new era of land-based core-strength exercise, specific to the requirements of swimming. The revolutionary ‘Collins Technique’ establishes an exercise model for assessing and improving an athlete’s posture, body awareness, motor co-ordination and muscle control.
It addresses hyper-mobility and provides a progressive core-strength continuum of over 100 exercises using
ones own body weight together with the use of medicine balls, fitness balls, resistance bands and light hand weights targeting the whole body.
